Description

Txakoli ARRITXOLA

Txakoli Arritxola manages a total of 6 hectares of vineyards distributed across five plots. These are located between 175 and 400 meters above sea level, in the municipalities of Abadiño, Izurtza and Durango. All of them are part of the Duranguesado valley.

The winery was founded in 1986, located in Durango, between the banks of the Ibaizabal River and the slopes of Mount Anboto. Enjoy the protection of the Goddess Mari, who inspires her wines and spirits. Also highlight its proximity to the Urkiola Natural Park, a place where nature and the rural environment offer their maximum splendor.

They produce Txakoli with respect for the natural environment. It is produced in small tanks of 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 liters for the processing, separately, of all our plots and grape varieties. They have all the technology necessary to produce quality white wines. They consider the winery and technology as the tool to give meaning to their work in the vineyard.

TASTING NOTES
The Txakoli Arritxola is greenish yellow. Intense, sharp and very fresh on the nose. Its aromas are reminiscent of white fruit (apple and pear), citrus and white flowers. In the mouth it is glyceric, with a very present acidity typical of txakolis. Finish in the mouth with a slight bitter touch characteristic of the native Hondarrabi Zuri zerratua variety, and very fresh.

Consumption temperature: between 8º and 10º.
12% Alcohol
