Txakoli has between 11% and 14.5% Alcohol.
The sparkly txakoli is made mainly from grapes of the Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zerratia varieties. Unlike white txakolis, in sparkling wines the contribution of carbon and aging is much higher.
