The Talleri winery reactivates its txakoli production, launching 4 new references produced from different vineyards that make up the winery’s grounds. Each one of its txakolis contributes the personality of the plot in which the vineyards with which they are made are located.
Vineyard over 10 years old located at an altitude of 250 meters, with an average slope greater than 10% and northeast orientation.
Manual harvest, destemming, pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright. Medium-high aromatic intensity with some notes of Grand Smith green apple, fresh grass, anise and some vegetal touches. On the palate it has a slightly sweet entry, light step with a long finish, very present acidity and a touch of lemon.
Appetizers, vegetables, pasta, rice, seafood, fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
