Txakoli Ameztoi PRIMUS
Bodegas Ameztoi is located in a privileged area due to the environment and the spectacular views offered by the landscape. They have a large plot of land for the cultivation of the native grape “hondarribi zuri” and “hondarribi beltza”.
At Bodegas Ameztoi they have facilities of the highest level so that the production of txakoli is carried out in the best conditions. The bunches are quickly transferred to the winery, the must is extracted and fermented in barrels for twelve to fifteen days. An exhaustive control of the density and temperature is carried out for its correct development.
The Ameztoi Primus is made with the Hondarrabi Zuri variety. It acquires a light and balanced needle point in the fermentation process. Fermentation between 10.5 ° and 11 ° C.
Visual: Pale yellow with greenish reflections, its bright tone shows a fine and elegant bubble.
Smell: Fine and sophisticated aroma, reminiscent of green apples and fresh grapes, with a minty note.
Gustative: Dry on attack, harmonious on the palate, it has a broad and aromatic finish, resulting jovial due to its bubbles.
