Txakoli Tantaka Red
The red Tantaka txakoli is made with our own vineyards worked under a viticulture of minimal intervention and reasoned, located on a plot located in Artomada, in the Arrastaria Valley.
The soils are characterized by their alluvial and semi-deep character, with a climate between Atlantic and continental, depending on the vintage. 4-year trellis and double Guyot vineyard. 100% manual harvest in boxes of 7 kilos. Low performance pneumatic horizontal press pressing (60% Max). Fermentation in a 500-liter open vat with gentle pump-overs and aging in French oak barrels for 9 months.
Ideal to accompany white meat, blue fish or cheese.
