Txakoli Gure Natura
The Talleri winery reactivates its txakoli production, launching 4 new references produced from different vineyards that make up the winery’s grounds. Each one of its txakolis contributes the personality of the plot in which the vineyards with which they are made are located.
Altitude of 110 meters with south orientation, shallow and well-drained soil of low vigor and production. Medium limestone associated with clays with a low water-releasing capacity.
Manual harvest, destemming, pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Stay in a stainless steel tank with its lees.
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Medium aromatic intensity with notes of ripe white fruit going towards the Golden apple, more honeyed hints of syrupy field, very good nose. In the mouth it has a slightly sweet entry, an enveloping mid palate and a finish with integrated acidity.
Pasta and seasoned rice, seafood, grilled fish, stewed white meats and fresh cheeses.
