1. Nature of the contract

Through this contract Ardoa On-line, S.L., a company domiciled in Gernika-Lumo (Bizkaia) Euskadi, with CIF: B-95472692 (hereinafter Ardoa Online) is the owner of the Website located at the domain https://txakoli.eu , sells to the customer (any natural or legal person with whom Ardoa Online signs any sales contract for its catalogue) and the customer purchases the product specified in the invoice from Ardoa Online. ‘Contract’ is understood to be the purchase and sale operation that is implemented through this document. ‘Product’ means the merchandise that is the subject of the purchase contract.

2. Availability and prices

The data that appears in our database corresponds to products that have ever entered our catalog. We do not assume responsibility for any typographical or arithmetic errors that may appear on our page. Although Ardoa Online has more than 90% of its catalog in stock, total availability at the time of purchase is not guaranteed. In the event that a product is not available, our customer service department will contact you to offer you an alternative product, or refund your money if you prefer.

3. Shipping

The amount of shipping costs will be added to the price of the number of bottles loaded in the shopping cart and the destination of the order. Ardoa Online offers discounts depending on the amount and destination of the order. Shipments are made with secure bottle shipping boxes of 3 and 6 bottles approved by UPS and DHL.

Some products are sent individually, others in a multipack of 3 bottles, others in a multipack of 6 bottles and others in a multipack of 12 bottles. Multipacks are also offered with assortments of products from the same winery or from several.

Shipments are made to the following countries: Germany, Austria Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, United States of North America (except Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), Estonia, Finland, France , Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and the Czech Republic.

4. Payment

When it comes to shipping, payment for the product will be made in one of the ways indicated below, at the buyer’s choice: Visa, Maestro and Master Card credit card and through the Paypal platform

Ardoa Online will deliver the corresponding invoice to the client digitally by sending it by email. The credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellations and returns

Orders can be canceled free of charge until the moment the shipment becomes effective. If we receive cancellation notice once the package has already been shipped, it will be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving the product. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The purchase amount will be refunded.

Returns that arise from our error or a product defect are excluded from this case. In such case, Ardoa Online undertakes to exchange the defective product for another identical one. You will also be responsible for the return and shipping costs. In the event that the change cannot be made, the amount will be refunded.
