Below we detail the purchase conditions and we try to clarify any doubts you may have.

1. Nature of the contract

Through this contract, Ardoa On-line, SL, a company domiciled in Gernika (Spain), with CIF: B-95472692 (hereinafter Ardoa Online) is the owner of the Website located in the domain https://txakoli.eu, sells to customer (any natural or legal person with whom Ardoa Online signs any contract for the sale of its catalog) and the customer buys the product specified in the invoice from Ardoa Online. A ‘contract’ is understood to be the sale and purchase transaction that is implemented through this document. ‘Product’ is understood to be the merchandise that is the object of the purchase contract.

2. Availability and prices

The data that appears in our database correspond to products that have ever entered our catalog. We do not assume responsibility for any typographical or arithmetic error that may appear on our page. Although Ardoa Online has more than 90% of its catalog in stock, full availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase. In the event that a vintage of a product is not available, our customer service department will contact you to offer you an alternative vintage or product, or refund the money if you prefer.

3. Shipping

The amount of the shipping costs will be added to the price of the number of bottles loaded in the shopping cart and depend the destination of the order. Ardoa Online offers discounts depending on the amount and destination of the order. For example: Order over € 180 with destination peninsular Spain, free shipping.

4. Payment

When it comes to shipments, the payment of the product will be made in one of the ways indicated below, at the buyer’s choice: bank transfer, online payment with Visa, Maestro and Master Card credit card and payment through the Paypal platform

Ardoa Online will deliver the corresponding invoice to the client digitally by sending it by email. The charge to the credit card will be made at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellations and returns

Orders can be canceled at no cost until the moment the shipment becomes effective. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package is already sent, it will be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 7 days after receiving the product. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The amount of the purchase will not be returned, but it can be used in another purchase.

Returns that are derived from our error or from a product defect are excluded from this case. In this case, Ardoa Online undertakes to exchange the defective product for another equal one. You will also take care of the return and shipping costs. In the event that the change could not be made, the amount will be refunded. 6. Security and confidentiality

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, at the time a client places an order, their personal data, domiciliary data and those related to their method of payment , are incorporated into our database, being used only to process the order and send information about offers and services that may be of interest to our customers. Ardoa Online ensures the confidentiality of the data provided by our customers, since the personal data requested is always strictly necessary.

Ardoa Online undertakes not to use them other than as agreed and not to assign or sell them to third parties under any circumstances.
