Description

Txakoli Urkizahar organic

The organic Txakoli Urkizahar is based on the concept of a micro vineyard. The objective is none other than to revive rural agriculture in Gipuzkoa, as well as to promote and recover an ethical commitment to the ecosystem. The cultivation and harvesting of the vineyard is carried out through an optimal use of natural resources and protecting the environment. All this in a sustainable and balanced way. Grapes from the Urkizahar de Beizama farmhouse vineyard.

VINEYARD
The vineyard has an area of 2.5 hectares distributed in two plots, between 350m and 450m high, facing south and over the Ibai-eder reservoir, in the municipality of Beizama.

ELABORATION
Traditional techniques are used with modern machinery, taking care of hygiene and respecting the premises of organic farming.

TASTING SHEET
The organic Txakoli Urkizahar stands out for its bright steely tone with green notes (characteristic of the Hondarrabi Zuri variety). It highlights its natural carbonic, which forms very fine bubbles making the Txakoli very attractive. Fruity aroma, reminiscent of white fruit such as apple, and citrus fruits that provide freshness and liveliness. It is a Txakoli of great intensity. Refreshing and fine natural txinparta that distributes its aromas throughout the mouth. It has the acidity and slight final bitterness characteristic of the Hondarrabi Zuri variety. Pleasant finish with a long aftertaste. Very elegant.
