Txakoli Uriondo is a small family winery founded in 1987. It is a vineyard located 175 meters above sea level facing south. The climatic influence is Atlantic, being the soil of loams, sandstones and clays, fertile and with abundant organic matter.
Uriondo txakoli is pale yellow in color. Vibrant apple aromas with hints of lemon. On the palate it is juicy, with volume, flavors of ripe citrus and orchard fruits. Memories of floral notes with a persistent finish.
Ideal to accompany seafood, white fish, salads and semi-cured cheeses.
