Txakoli Uriondo Cuvée Particular
Txakoli Uriondo is a small family winery founded in 1987. It is a vineyard located 175 meters above sea level facing south. The climatic influence is Atlantic, being the soil of loams, sandstones and clays, fertile and with abundant organic matter.
ELABORATION
The production of Txakoli Uriondo Cuvée Particular begins with the selection of flower must without pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in new 225-liter American oak barrels. The Txakoli Uriondo Cuvée Particular remains in the barrels for 8 months, with weekly batonage from the end of the fermentation.
TASTING NOTES
Uriondo txakoli is bright yellow in color, with greenish tones. On the nose it has a powerful aroma, ripe fruit, sweet spices, creamy oak, good wood, and herbs. Tasty, fresh on the palate, good acidity, smoky aftertaste.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany seafood, white fish, salads and semi-cured cheeses.
