Txakoli ULIBARRI Bio

Ulibarri Artzaiak is a farm Located in Gordexola. Our Txakoli is a typical wine of ‘terroir’ coming from ecological viticulture strains adapted to land without contributions and with great personality.

VINEYARD
The location of the 2.2-hectare vineyard is perfect: north-south hillside, total heat sunstroke, soils drained with an optimum vegetative stop. Ulibarri Artzaiak gives great importance to the quality of the grape: let it be petite, rich in oceles and yeasts, well matured, with a vintage manual in 7-kilos boxes.

ELABORATION
The Txakoli Ulibarri Holder on Lias for at least 2 months. It is a special white wine, prepared with the minimum intervention and the greatest respect for the environment. In autumn-winter practice in the vineyard the grazing with our flock of sheep “latxa”, maintaining a greater balance in fertility in the field.

TASTING NOTES
Aromas of mature fruit and nuts, butter, dairy products, balsamic notes. Bocal, fresh and persistent mouth.
