Txakoli TXOMIN ETXANIZ
White Txakolí made with the native variety Hondarrabi Zuri from our Getaria vineyards. Manual harvest at the beginning of October. White winemaking at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Elaboration on Lees until bottling.
The Txakoli Txomin Etxaniz is greenish yellow, bright and with fine natural bubbles. With contribution of citrus and fresh apple. The gray slate terrain gives it mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with characteristic acidity and slight carbonic.
It is a very good accompaniment for fish, appetizers, seafood and white meat.
