Txakoli Tantaka Selection
The Tantaka selection txakoli is made with our own vineyards worked under a viticulture of minimal intervention and reasoned, located on a plot located in Artomada, in the Arrastaria Valley.
The soils are characterized by their alluvial and semi-deep character, with a climate between Atlantic and continental, depending on the vintage. 10-year trellis vineyard and double Guyot. 100% manual harvest in boxes of 7 kilos. Pressed in a low performance pneumatic horizontal press (60% Max). Fermentation in a 1,000 liter stainless steel tank. Aged on the lees for 7 months.
Ideal to accompany white meat, blue fish or cheese.
