Txakoli made with the Hondarrabi Zuri grape variety under the protection of the D.O. Getariako Txakolina
Mendigorri txakoli is pale yellow in color with an appreciable needle (very small bubbles of carbon dioxide). On the nose it shows a medium intensity, lemon, medlar, fresh grass and green apple. Notable acidity in the mouth, perceptible sharpness (tongue tingling), very pleasant and easy to drink.
Recommended service temperature: 8º-10ºC.
