ELABORATION
The Txakoli Lainoa arises from a selection of the best bunches of the oldest vines, better oriented and with more hours of sun. Vines that especially feel the morning caress of the encased mist and that endows this Txakoli with that special bouquet.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with greenish tones, clean and bright. On the nose it is frank and powerful. Aromas of white fruit characteristic of its variety, assembled with balsamic touches of fine herbs. Wide, tasty and fresh taste due to its natural acidity, the aromas reappearing on the nose. Persistent and long-lasting aftertaste.
PAIRING
It is ideal for soups and creams, cold cuts, eggs, vegetables, rice, pasta, fish and shellfish. Serving temperature: 12º C
