Our winery was founded in the thirties of the last century. Since then she has been making txakoli for generations. It has its own vineyards and since 1989 it has been incorporating modern equipment and machinery to produce an excellent quality txakoli. A txakoli with a perfume of white fruit, balanced and with a pleasant fresh finish.
Harvested by hand, it is cold fermented between 6º-8ºC. Once the fermentation is finished, the txakoli is cooled to temperatures below 5ºC in order to preserve all the carbonic produced during the fermentation and thus maintain the nerve and freshness characteristic of txakoli.
Pale green with glossy hints. Strong aromas of ripe white fruit, almost tropical, in the nose, along with mineral, slightly saltly hints. Pleasant and fresh on the palate. Well-integrated acidity With a slight carbonic touch, lingering ﬁnish and agreeable aftertaste.
