Txakoli Lahu rosé
The winery was founded in the thirties of the last century. Since then she has been making txakoli for generations. It has its own vineyards and since 1989 it has been incorporating modern equipment and machinery to produce an excellent quality txakoli. A txakoli with a perfume of white fruit, balanced and with a pleasant fresh finish.
ELABORATION
Harvesting is carried out manually using 15kg crates, thereby enabling an initial selection of the grapes in situ. The Hondarrabi Beltza grapes are left on maceration 2 days before the pressing.
TASTING NOTES
Pale rose with glossy hints. Strong fruity aromas in the nose, along with mineral, slightly saltly hints. Pleasant and fresh on the palate. Well- integrated acidity With a slight carbonic touch, lingering finish and agreeable aftertaste.
