Txakoli K PILOTA
The Hondarribi Zure is planted on a trellis at an altitude of 300 meters above the Cantabrian Sea. Undulating terrain formed by highly eroded gray schists of slate and granite, with a medium organic content.
The grapes are selected by hand, go to the pre-fermentation maceration phase and the final fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, using exclusively selected yeasts.
The K Pilota txakoli is aged for 5 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Clean, crystalline and bright wine, pale yellow in color with green flashes. On the nose it is intense with hints of pippin apple and mineral notes derived from the slate and granite soil. On the palate it has a great volume that makes it a round wine, with an Atlantic and fresh character.
Ideal for light meals, seafood, fish, sushi and white meat.
