Txakoli Hiruzta Rosé

Hiruzta Rosé is a pink txakoli of modern style that is made.
Nade from Hondarrabi Beltza and Hondarrabi Zuri grapes, grown in the property’s vineyards in Hondarribia.

Harvest selection in plots of Hondarrabi Beltza and Hondarrabi Zuri own vineyards. Collection and transport in small capacity boxes. Shelled and crushed. The Hondarrabi Beltza ink macerated in tanks for 4 to 6 hours at a low temperature of 8o and 10oC, followed by draining or bleeding of the rosé must. Later this colored must was mixed with white must from Hondarrabi Zuri. Once clean of impurities, the must fermented at a controlled temperature between 16o and 18oC. After gentle clarification and stabilization, it was sterile bottled.

Currant pink color, with intense aromas of red and black fruits where strawberry, blackberry and cassis stand out, with a citrus background and high quality vegetable notes. In the mouth it is very fresh and somewhat spicy, with a balanced acidity enhanced by a hint of natural carbonic gas, then offering a good mid palate and a long finish full of aromas.

Appetizers, hors d’oeuvres, under-aged and semi-aged cheeses, seafood, fish, rice, legumes, pasta, cold cuts and white meats. Serving temperature: 8º to 10ºC. Store in a cool place, 1in the absence of lighting and in a place free from foreign odors. Good evolution in the bottle for the next two years.
