Txakoli Bengoetxe Special
In the Bengoetxe farmhouse in Olaberria (Gipuzkoa), Iñaki and his daughter Maialen make a sparkling txakoli, characteristic of the txakoli of the D.O. Getariako Txakolina. They certify their txakoli as organic by not using chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
It is made in the traditional way in facilities equipped with the most advanced technology to achieve a high quality result.
Txakoli made with grapes from selected vineyards of our strains. Harvested with careful selection at its optimal moment of maturity and fermented at low temperature to obtain greater aromatic intensity. The subsequent aging on its own lees gives it volume, softness and balance.
Pale white with greenish reflections of a moderate graduation (12º-12.5º), very bright. Great abundance of fruity (green apple, fresh grapes) and floral aromas. Dry attack, elegant palate. Broad and aromatic finish. Thanks to the use of batonage we have achieved the unctuousness that characterizes this txakoli.
