ELABORATION
Taking advantage of the high acidity of this Hondarrabi Zuri from a sandy plot in Erandio, it was aged on lees for 5 months to maintain the fruit and give it a little body. Aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks without lees and then bottled.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow with greenish edges denotes its freshness and markedly Atlantic profile. Intense aromas mainly floral with sweet notes of white fruit, citrus and a background of herbaceous and even tropical that constitute a very complex nose. Fresh and subtle but broad entry into the mouth that expands to the palate, perceiving great volume as well as freshness from both the acidity and its balsamic part and which leads to an elegant harmony with floral memories such as orange blossom and fruity notes such as pear.
