Txakoli Ameztoi Rubentis

Since 1820 he has been elaborating and producing txakoli for the Ameztoi family. Old barrels, the smell of wood, the noise of bottles and laughter. That was the old Ameztoi and he used to gather a lot of people. In fact, the Ameztoi family has been known since ancient times by the nickname “Kirkilla” (cricket), a symbol of joy, happiness and pride.
Over time they have grown and improved their product until they achieved their own expression, an authentic txakoli to the delight of the most demanding palates. Always maintaining the autochthonous varieties Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza as the basis for the elaboration of their products. Ameztoi are five generations with the family tradition in the elaboration of txakoli

ELABORATION
Rosé wine made with 50% Hondarrabi Zuri and 50% Hondarrabi Beltza grapes. The fermentation process gives it a balanced and light point of needle.

TASTING NOTES
Txakoli Ameztoi is pale pink in color with fuchsia sparkles. Its bright tone shows a fine and elegant bubble. On the nose it is sophisticated and fine, with menthol and citrus notes. Harmonious on the palate, resources of acid strawberry candies.

PAIRING
It is ideal for fish of all kinds and shellfish. Excellent with sushi, oysters, fish tempura, rice dishes, vegetables and white meats. Service temperature 6º-10º.
