Since 1820 he has been elaborating and producing txakoli for the Ameztoi family. Old barrels, the smell of wood, the noise of bottles and laughter. That was the old Ameztoi and he used to gather a lot of people. In fact, the Ameztoi family has been known since ancient times by the nickname “Kirkilla” (cricket), a symbol of joy, happiness and pride.
Over time they have grown and improved their product until they achieved their own expression, an authentic txakoli to the delight of the most demanding palates. Always maintaining the autochthonous varieties Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza as the basis for the elaboration of their products. Ameztoi are five generations with the family tradition in the elaboration of txakoli

ELABORATION
Semi-dry white wine made exclusively with Hondarrabi Zuri grapes. Txakoli with a low alcohol content designed and elaborated for a young, vibrant and demanding consumer who wishes to enjoy a pleasant, long and intense wine.

TASTING NOTES
Txakoli Ameztoi is white, crystalline with emerald green sparkles. Intense aroma of tropical fruits; lime, melon, pineapple or banana. On the palate it is exotic, refreshing with citrus notes and sparkling with frizzy-style bubbles that exalt its freshness.

PAIRING
It is ideal for fish of all kinds and shellfish. Excellent with sushi or oysters. Service temperature 6º-10º.
