The Txakoli Aizpurua is light fresh and very fruity, reminiscent of the typical txakolis, due to its herbaceous and vegetal character.
Controlled fermentation, and kept cold all the time to preserve its natural carbonic and the freshness of the Hondarrabi Zuri variety.
Bright and clean golden. The aromas that are identified in this txakoli are especially reminiscent of fruits such as apple or pear, among others. It is characterized on the palate for being a txakoli that brings freshness, in addition to fruity touches just as we felt on the nose.
